GF/LIECHTI CNC 5-axis Machining Center

Liechti machine is a high-speed, high-precision single-spindle and multi-spindle 5-axis simultaneous machining center, suitable for roughing and finishing work-pieces with complex profiles. The high-speed milling spindle with vector control can output the roughing requirements at low spindle speeds At the same time, it can provide high speed and high feed-rate required for finishing. The unique axial layout design fully considers the reasonable distribution of the motion quality of each axis to meet different dynamic response. Due to TPP concept, the compensation movement of the linear axis when the spindle head swings is minimized, thereby improving the dynamic response of the machine tool, increasing machining accuracy and machining quality of the work-pieces.
