ns-CM3 Coolant Online Monitoring System

ns-CM3 Coolant Online Monitoring System is a product of NUOSUN's ns-Box series. It is designed for manufacturing enterprises to monitor the status and fluctuations of physicochemical parameters—such as temperature, concentration, and pH value—of cutting fluids during CNC machining operations. Monitoring data is displayed on the control unit's screen and uploaded via a data acquisition module to ns-Box system - Machine Tool Operation and Maintenance Cloud Platform for real-time recording and visualization. Furthermore, the system enables statistical analysis of historical data, thereby facilitating the intelligent, digitalized monitoring and management of cutting fluid performance and service life throughout the machining process. This approach minimizes manual intervention, effectively reduces the excessive consumption of cutting fluids, and ensures both the machining performance of the machine tools and the quality of the manufactured products.
