The BlueSystem adopts traditional physical distillation principles and employs German vacuum suction technology. Industrial wastewater is converted from liquid to steam at a temperature of about 85 ° C. The temperature of the steam after vacuum compression rises to 120 ° C. The wastewater is subjected to high-efficiency heat exchange to preheat the waste water, while condensing the steam into distilled water and returning to the production line to achieve zero discharge of industrial waste water.
By strengthening the heat exchange system and waste heat recycling technology, the BlueSystem can recover more than 95% of distilled water from the mixed liquid of waste emulsion and cleaning solution. The conventional evaporation energy consumption of 1 cubic meter of water is usually higher than 723 kWh, and through a lot of practice, the evaporation energy consumption of 1 cubic meter of water in the BlueSystem is 35-60 kWh, which is only 5-10% of the conventional evaporation energy consumption.
